After perform Direct Debit transaction, user required to update collection status by upload feedback file from PBe system.
Important to understand each file type daily generated by PBe’s system. 2 Major types of files will be generated which is system type file & human readable report file.
In some circumstances, user required to bill customer with differ date from billing date upon creation. Reason being collection batch’s billing date fall on special occasion such as weekend, public holidays, business purpose & etc.
Collection’s Date is crucial in order for bank to process the transactions correctly. 2 types of date required for collection, transmission date and billing date.
