Collection: Collection’s Date

Collection’s Date is crucial in order for bank to process the transactions correctly. 2 types of date required for collection, transmission date and billing date.

Transmission Date
Date for the file will be upload to bank

Billing Date
Date for bank will perform the real transaction processing.

For every newly created batch via collection creation wizard, user required to select collection information

2 Existing Collection Batch

Select existing (not processed) collection batch.
*This feature only will available to unprocessed/unconfirmed collection batch. Only if necessary rollback collection batch for this function

Click on the Edit Collection button for update to new collection date

Click on the Transmission Date / Billing Date for update to new collection date
